Hi! I’m Louise, the owner and heart behind Little Learners. As a Qualified Teacher with 17 years in education, I’ve dedicated my career to creating a space where children truly thrive. While I’m "the boss," my real passion lies in being hands-on—teaching and watching your children develop into wonderful little people. I’ve always dreamed of running a preschool that feels like a family, and I’m so proud that our warm, personal approach is what makes us special. With all my First Aid and Safeguarding training fully up-to-date, you can rest assured your little ones are learning in a safe, loving, and expert environment!
Lucy
Hi! I’m Lucy, the Deputy Manager here at Little Learners. With 20 years of experience in childcare and a Level 3 qualification, I’ve spent two decades doing what I love most: helping children grow, teaching them new skills, and making sure every day is filled with fun! I’m fully up-to-date with my First Aid and Safeguarding training, and I’m always looking for ways to learn and evolve in my role. I truly believe that watching a child blossom is the best job in the world.
Sophie
Hi! I’m Sophie, a Nursery Practitioner here at Little Learners. I have a Level 4 in Children’s Mental Health and am incredibly close to finishing my Level 3 Childcare qualification.
I thrive on working one-on-one with the children, helping them learn, explore, and hit milestones through fun, creative play. I also love bringing a bit of extra joy to our days with music—the children always look forward to me bringing my guitar in so we can have a big sing-along to all of their favorite song requests!
